HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION

This position provides paralegal support to the General Counsels and to the attorneys in the General Counsel's Office. Duties include in depth and extensive legal research for case preparation for AHC cases and/or other court dockets. The team member will also be responsible for high level, independent projects related to the operations of the General Counsel's Office. Responsibilities•What you'll do

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION

Legal research for case preparation Research and code Department's tax and motor vehicle databases Conduct account maintenance Serve as Custodian of Record and testify at hearings when required Open and close cases on online case management database Work with staff in other Divisions as well as AHC/Court staff as required

QUALIFICATIONS
