Job Description

Description Description Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Kansas City, MO office. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This role is in-office, and the candidate must live in Kansas City metropolitan area for court appearances. Base schedule is Monday through Friday with hours between 8AM to 5PM.

What You'll Do:
Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks. Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards. Manage Counterclaims in MO, drafting releases and dismissals, regular communication with creditors/debtors Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred). Prior law firm experience - required Basic knowledge of civil litigation Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred) Must have Notary license or ability to obtain Notary license within 90 days of employment Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage; 401K plan with company match Company paid Life Insurance Short and Long Term Disability PTO, Float holiday Paid Parental Leave Salary $25-$30/Hour DOE
