Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal who is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of cases. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Manage litigation case files from filing through resolution Track deadlines, court dates, depositions, and mediations Assist with written discovery and document production Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Summarize medical records, bills, and depositions Prepare exhibits, mediation packages, and trial binders E-file in Missouri state, Kansas state and federal courts Support attorneys with trial preparation Qualifications 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred Personal injury experience is a plus Strong knowledge of litigation deadlines and procedures Experience with e-filing Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $60,000+ depending on experience Bonus opportunities Paid time off Growth opportunities within the firm Why This Role Direct involvement in litigation and case strategy Opportunity to take ownership of cases Supportive, team-oriented environment Meaningful work helping injured clients How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
