Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal Build Your Legal Career! Direct Hire | $20-$25/hr DOE | Spanish/English Required Are you bilingual, sharp, organized, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people? This could be your opportunity to get your foot in the door with a busy, fast-paced legal practice and build valuable experience in Personal Injury law. We're looking for a Spanish/English Bilingual Paralegal who brings energy, positivity, attention to detail, and a true "let's figure it out" attitude to the team. In this role, you'll interact directly with clients and visitors and help keep the office and client experience running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients by phone, Zoom, and eventually in person Manage calls through a multi-line phone system Schedule appointments and identify potential conflicts of interest Conduct client intakes by phone, Zoom, and eventually in person Maintain accurate information in a cloud-based case management system Keep track of details and make sure nothing falls through the cracks Learn new laws, procedures, and processes quickly Follow established policies and procedures Handle unexpected situations with a calm, solutions-oriented approach Work closely with the team while treating clients and coworkers with respect and integrity
Requirements:
Spanish/English bilingual Undergraduate degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude A plus, but not required: Personal Injury experience Paralegal or other legal experience Experience with case management systems No legal experience?
