Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Full-Time, Direct Hire | On-Site |
Springfield, MA Compensation:
$57,000-$65,000 DOE A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex transactions from start to finish. In this role, you'll support a busy real estate practice by assisting with commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions from pre-closing through post-closing. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, title policies and related documentation, maintaining client files and databases, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing comprehensive support to attorneys and clients throughout the transaction process.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience (Paralegal certification preferred) At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal support role (real estate experience is a must) Excellent written communication and analytical skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when needed Excellent working knowledge of technology, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) & Adobe Experience with commercial real estate transactions or large commercial closings is a plus This organization offers excellent benefits and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced legal team in a professional, supportive environment where quality work, client service, and attention to detail are highly valued.
