Legal Administrative Assistant

Legal Administrative Assistant needed for an estate planning, probate and corporate planning law firm.

Requirements :

General computer knowledge and proficiency in word processing software, ability to be highly organized, have good grammar, and keep client confidentiality.

Duties :

Help attorney prepare wills, trusts, contracts, corporate documents, probate documents, real estate deeds and other related legal documents, and send drafts of each to clients.

Note:

I appreciate the efficiency of dictating these documents. Other duties include general office tasks such as answering the phone, scanning documents, greeting clients, and occasionally witnessing Will signings.

Schedule :

We can be somewhat flexible with your schedule. Preference is for someone to work 20 hours a week, with either five four-hour days or four five-hour days each week.

Parking Pass Included :

The law office is in downtown Missoula. A parking pass for one of the garages is available.
