Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

- Full-time Our firm is looking for bright and ambitious candidates that are interested in complementing our rapidly growing Residential Real Estate Firm and becoming a long-term part of our team. Spanish Speaker required
- Reviewing contracts Preparing closing settlement statements, closing disclosures, deeds and other closing documents Printing and organizing closing packages Coordinating and scheduling closings Reviewing and running title and title searches Responding to inquiries from agents, borrowers, lenders and attorneys to resolve discrepancies Post-closing issues and responsibilities Supporting attorneys Social Media management and content creation assistance for Firms Social Media outlets & page(s).
