We are experiencing growth and are seeking a high performing, positive and ethical professional to join our legal team. We are looking for a long term team player who is organized and pays attention to details. Communication with clients, lenders, brokers and attorneys is a must. Sometimes working outside of normal business hours is required. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
Required Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in residential real estate closings. Proficient in Softpro, ProTrust, Rynoh software, Microsoft Outlook and Word. Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle confidential information. Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal direction provided. Conducting research that is pertinent to real estate closings. Preparation of the HUD-1 and Closing Disclosure. Knowledge of reviewing contracts, ordering title and surveys. Scheduling and managing calendars.
Preferred Experience:
Paralegal certification
