Compliance and Regulatory Paralegal - Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Regulatory Paralegal to join our corporate support team. Our team supports our ABA therapy Learning Centers and our sister company's hospice locations throughout the southeast. This position will focus on regulatory compliance across our ABA and hospice service lines, with an emphasis on Medicare and Medicaid requirements. Who is Highlights Healthcare? QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited college or university, preferred Juris Doctor (JD), Paralegal Certificate, or LL.M. (Highly Recommended) 3-5 years of experience in paralegal support Adherence to laws and best practices with regard to customers and data Experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations, preferred but not required. Experience with CAQH, provider enrollment systems, and licensing process, preferred but not required.
