Job Description

Closing Paralegal A high-volume real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Closing Paralegal to join our team. This position is responsible for managing files from post-title work through closing.
Key responsibilities include:
Requesting payoffs, HOA information, and seller documents Balancing the Closing Disclosure with the lender Preparing HUD statements for cash closings Sending final numbers to all parties Reviewing and correcting documents as needed Serving as the main point of contact for all parties regarding closing and final numbers
