Job Description

Our Litigation Department is searching for an individual with strong writing skills to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general legal assistant duties, including drafting documents and tracking cases and deadlines. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with previous legal knowledge who can help us maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients on a regular basis via telephone and/or email. Type and edit documents as required. Follow up with clients to ensure that requested information has been received. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Deliver documents and communications via a variety of methods including fax, email, and/or courier. Be reliable and consistently available to support partners and associates. Legal Assistant. Successful applicant should have prior general legal practice skills. Pay commensurate with experience. Work will including personal injury litigation, Civil Litigation, Wills, Estates, and corporate, LLC's. knowledge of CLIO a plus. 40 hours/wk; some benefits.
