08/27/2026 Apply now Back to Search Corporate Paralegal | Direct Hire $60-$75K + DOE| In Office | Full Time| Lincoln, NE What Matters Most Direct-Hire opportunity Competitive Salary Range $70K + DOE Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. In Office, Professional office environment, Opportunity to support 3 attorneys across estate planning, probate, trust administration, & corporate/business law Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of paralegal or related legal experience Strong preference for experience in estate planning, probate, corporate law, or a related practice area Your New Role Join an established legal team as an Estate Planning, Estate/Trust Administration & Corporate Paralegal, providing substantive legal and administrative support to attorneys and clients. In this role, you will assist with estate planning documents, probate and trust administration, business entity matters, corporate transactions, and client coordination. You'll work closely with attorneys, clients, financial institutions, accountants, courts, and other professionals while keeping complex matters organized and moving forward. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. What You Will Be Doing Estate Planning & Estate/Trust Administration Assist attorneys with preparation of wills , trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, beneficiary designations, and other estate planning documents Prepare initial drafts and revisions based on attorney direction Coordinate client meetings, document reviews, signing conferences, notarization, and witnessing Prepare estate planning binders and maintain electronic client files Assist with trust funding, including deeds, assignments, beneficiary forms, and related documentation Support probate and estate administration matters Prepare petitions, inventories, accountings, notices, correspondence, and other probate documents Corporate & Business Assist with the formation and maintenance of corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other business entities Prepare articles and certificates of incorporation or organization, bylaws, operating agreements, resolutions, consents, and organizational minutes Maintain corporate books, ownership information, entity records, and annual filings Assist attorneys with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, dissolutions, and other business transactions Prepare signature packages, closing documents, and closing books Assist with corporate and business records searches Prepare annual reports and other required state filings Support business succession and ownership-transfer matters Monitor corporate filing deadlines, renewals, and other important dates What You Need Associate or bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent legal experience preferred 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred Experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, corporate law, or a related practice area strongly preferred Familiarity with tax software used for gift, inheritance, and estate tax preparation is a plus Knowledge of legal terminology, forms, documents, practices, and procedures Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn legal and document-management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple matters while meeting strict deadlines Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team Professional communication skills when interacting with clients, attorneys, referrals, and outside professionals Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and tact Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable auto insurance requirements Your New Organization Work with a professional legal team that values accuracy, client service, confidentiality, and collaboration. In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 -$75,000 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
