Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in Omaha, NE. The Paralegal will support the attorney by drafting, formatting, and organizing legal documents, maintaining case files, and preparing materials for hearings, trials, and client meetings. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing documents, and ensuring that all filings and deadlines are met.
