Southern New Hampshire Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday A growing law firm is seeking a Legal Support Assistant to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional or early-career legal candidate looking to build a long-term career in the legal field. Responsibilities Provide administrative support across multiple teams and departments Assist with file management, document organization, and data entry Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office logistics Schedule meetings and maintain conference rooms Monitor office and supply inventory Provide front desk and reception coverage as needed Assist with additional administrative projects and daily office operations Qualifications 1+ years of administrative experience, in a legal or similar professional office Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills Professional, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office while developing a career in the legal industry.
