Job Description

PARALEGAL
- Small general practice seacoast law firm with emphasis on commercial real estate, estate planning, civil litigation and small business counseling seeks full time paralegal with a minimum of one year prior experience working in a law firm. Prior experience with commercial real estate or estate planning preferred. Duties include drafting closing documents, estate documents and assisting attorneys with research and preparing pleadings Candidate must be extremely organized and detail oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
