Full-time Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal/ Practice Manager Key Responsibilities

Serve as team lead for estate planning support staff; provide guidance and oversight.
Manage daily workflows, deadlines, and overall department efficiency.
Draft and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.).
Maintain and organize case files; ensure clients move smoothly through the process.
Act as a key point of contact for clients-schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, coordinate document signings.
Support attorneys with case preparation and administrative needs.
Work with the attorney and marketing team to support estate planning seminars and related initiatives. Qualifications
3+ years of estate planning experience , including drafting estate plan documents.
Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication and client service skills.
