You'll work directly alongside attorneys on active cases across all phases, from intake through trial , and play a central role in moving cases forward and delivering results for our clients. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required) Hands-on litigation experience from intake and pre-litigation through trial Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients, counsel, adjusters, and court staff Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage a high-volume caseload, juggle competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Spanish fluency is a strong plus Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, from case opening through trial Draft and prepare litigation documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, affidavits, interrogatories, and discovery requests and responses Gather, organize, and track medical records; maintain client files and ensure materials are current and accessible Identify and document outstanding liens, medical, Medicare, workers' compensation, and others Monitor and maintain litigation calendars including depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court deadlines Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, medical offices, insurance adjusters, process servers, and court personnel Prepare trial exhibits, trial notebooks, and other courtroom materials Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards of the legal profession Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance Professional development opportunities Paid sick time Paid time off
