What You Will Do Manage Files:
Independently monitor, track, and follow up on residential real estate files from start to finish.
Client Service:
Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional, empathetic customer service to our clients.
Coordinate Closings:
Communicate actively with clients, lenders, realtors, and opposing counsel to ensure transparency and smooth transactions.
Draft Documents:
Utilize templates to prepare closing related documents and estate planning packages.
What You Bring Language:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required to serve our diverse client base.
Tech Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Traits:
Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail.
Experience:
Prior experience in real estate or estate planning is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong foundational skills.

Compensation:
