The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with mainstream administrative tasks while handling intraoffice files and documentation with precision. Prior legal experience is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team. Organize, save, and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with firm standards. Handle intraoffice file management, including distribution, retrieval, and tracking. Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and other staff to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and edit correspondence, forms, and other administrative documents. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Support scheduling, data entry, and document management needs as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years of administrative experience (law firm or professional services environment preferred). Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in mainstream office applications (Microsoft Office, PDF editing, document management systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams. Experience working in a legal setting is a plus, but not required.
