Job Description

We are seeking a paralegal to join our Holmdel, NJ office in Bell Works. The role will include a variety of responsibilities, including the following: Communicating with other law firms, medical offices and experts; Filing pleadings and motions; Drafting of pleadings and discovery demands; Reviewing and summarizing medical records and investigative reports; The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience, preferably handling premises and motor vehicle personal injury matters, as well as the following: Excellent communication skills; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Familiarity with New Jersey procedural rules and filing on E-Courts;(Pennsylvania experience also a plus); The ability to prioritize and multitask; and The ability to work as part of a team. Benefits include generous healthcare package and 401(k) with contributions from the firm.
