Job Description

Job Overview The Closing Paralegal/Processor manages residential and commercial real estate transaction from title clearance through closing and post-closing. This role coordinates with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely and efficient closings. Key Responsibilities Manage transaction files from opening through closing. Review title commitments and ensure all closing requirements are satisfied. Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, agents, buyers and sellers to resolve outstanding issues. Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures and closing documents. Schedule closings and communicate timelines and final figures to all parties. Verify receipt of loan documents, closing funds and required documents. Maintain accurate file records and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction. Support post-closing activities including funding, recording and file transfer. Qualifications - Required 2-5 years of experience in title, real estate, escrow or closing operations. Strong organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines. Qualifications - Preferred Associates or Bachelor's Degree Real Estate Paralegal experience a plus NJ Title Producer's License NJ Notary Public Experience with Accu-Title or Accu-Air or similar title production software Knowledge of New Jersey real estate contracts, deeds, mortgages and settlement services. Skills Transaction coordination and file management Customer service and relationship management Problem solving and critical thinking Time management and organization Strong keyboarding and data entry skills Quick learner who can execute confidently
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
