Collections Paralegal | HOA & Community Association LawOur client, a well-established and highly respected law firm in the Denver metro area, is seeking an experienced Collections Paralegal to join its busy Community Association (HOA) practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoy managing cases from intake through resolution, and take pride in delivering exceptional client service, this is an outstanding opportunity.

What You'll DoManage HOA collections matters from file opening through case resolutionPrepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documentsHandle Colorado court e-filings, calendaring, and case managementCommunicate with clients, courts, management companies, and opposing partiesReview account ledgers, calculate payoff amounts, and process paymentsAssist attorneys with discovery, hearings, trials, and bankruptcy mattersMaintain accurate electronic files and case records while managing multiple deadlinesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firmExperience with debt collections, creditors' rights, or HOA/community association law preferredWorking knowledge of court e-filing and litigation proceduresStrong organizational, drafting, and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office; legal case management software is a plusAbility to prioritize competing deadlines in a high-volume practiceWhy This Opportunity?
