Job Description

Parker Maloney & Marthaler is a small personal injury & workers' compensation firm located in Stirling, New Jersey. Our in-house attorneys, James Maloney & Jared Marthaler, represent clients across New Jersey and New York, providing personalized service and strong advocacy to achieve the best outcomes for their clients. A bachelor's degree is required for this full-time, in-person job in Stirling, New Jersey. The starting salary is $17.00/hr during a 90-day probationary period, after which hourly pay is negotiable. Unfortunately, we do not offer virtual interviews at this time. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, fast-paced position and is committed to helping clients navigate challenging situations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required Strong Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills Strong Organizational & Multitasking Skills Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace Preferred Skills Knowledge of Auto and Property Insurance Good phone and email etiquette Knowledge of Personal Injury Processes Manage correspondence between clients, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. Manage insurance claims for all collision insurance types. Maintain case files and compliance by obtaining and reviewing police reports , conducting MVC searches, and tracking deadlines
