Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Responsibilities Responsibilities:
Help prepare lawyers for meetings and court hearingsPrepare landlord/tenant complaints and file on eCourtsAssist lawyers by researching legal precedent, investigating facts or preparing legal documents for trialPrepare collections cases, including demand letters, special civil complaints, judgments, information subpoenas, motions to enforce litigants right, bank levies, wage garnishment, etc. Scan files into electronic copies for future reference Assist with scheduling and updating attorney calendarsQualifications Qualifications:
- 1-5+ years of experience is required
- Litigation experience is required
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with Commercial Litigation, Collections, Evictions, and Bankruptcy.
