Litigation includes matters involving premises liability, product liability, amusements, sports and recreation, construction accidents, automobile, condominium/community association law and dram shop/liquor liability. Perform additional duties as required

Job Requirements:

At least 3

• 5 years of Litigation/Professional Liability experience.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred.

Salary range:

$50,000

• $70,000 The posted salary range for this position is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Firm.
