Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join the personal injury litigation team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and central to moving cases forward strategically and efficiently to trial. You will assist with all phases of litigation, from investigation through trial. This is an on-site position located in Henderson, Nevada.

Who We're Looking For:
We want someone who is experienced, proactive, organized, and deeply reliable — someone who thrives in a small-firm environment where every team member matters. Strong understanding of litigation and Nevada court procedures is essential. Personal injury experience is required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of their work, can think three steps ahead, and works well in a supportive, family-style law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients, counsel, medical providers, and court personnel Maintain and calendar litigation deadlines Draft, prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, and discovery Perform rule-based legal research and correct application of Nevada rules and statutes Manage discovery: drafting responses, coordinating production, and reviewing documents Schedule and coordinate depositions, witness meetings, mediations, and hearings Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, witness binders, and deposition designations Request, track, and review medical, billing, and claims records Complete intake calls and schedule new client consultations when needed Maintain well-organized case files throughout all stages of litigation Provide general litigation support to ensure cases progress efficiently Additional case-related tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Paralegal Certification, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 3 years working as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant in a personal injury and civil litigation practice Strong working knowledge of Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, EDCR, and federal court rules and procedures Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience with subpoenaing records, public records requests, and managing medical/billing records Experience cite-checking and reviewing legal briefs Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changes Experience with medium or large-scale document productions
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred) Experience with
