Job Description

Description Serendipity Asset Recovery Group is looking for our next utility player — a sharp, relentless self-starter who wants a front-row seat to how deals and settlements get done. Reporting directly to our Co-Presidents, this is a true do-everything role: part sales, part executive assistant, part paralegal. No two days look alike. If you're driven, coachable, and allergic to sitting still, we want to meet you. What you'll do: Drive outreach and follow-up with clients and claimants — calls, emails, and scheduling — keeping the pipeline moving and nothing slipping through the cracks.
Run point on settlement documentation:
organizing files, tracking deadlines, and prepping packages alongside our legal team. Keep the Co-Presidents' world in order — calendar, inbox, meeting prep, travel, and chasing down loose ends before they become problems. Be the connective tissue across sales, operations, and legal. What we're looking for: A track record of outworking the room. Strong phone presence and persuasive writing. Obsessively organized — you live in checklists and never miss a deadline. Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable with confidential, fast-moving work. Bonus points for any background in sales, legal/paralegal work, or executive support. Compensation:
