Job Description

Barron & Pruitt seeks an experienced litigation paralegal for their insurance defense practice.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have 2 years of Nevada litigation experience. Candidates should have experience e-filing in state and federal courts, assisting with all aspects of discovery, preparing pleadings, summarizing medical records and depositions, and assisting with trial preparation.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage case calendars and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements. Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings and assembling exhibits to motions and in preparing documents for disclosure during discovery. Communicate with clients and witnesses as needed. Support trial preparation as needed.
