A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

$55,000 - $75,000 We are currently seeking a Paralegal to work in our Corporate Practice Group.The Role:
Preparation of documents relating to formation, maintenance, and dissolution of business entities Oversight of business filing accounts and services Preparation and filing applications for Federal Employer Identification (EIN) numbers Assist with data room setup Review and analysis of lien search and title reports Preparation of closing checklists and binders Performance of administrative tasks as needed Skills Needed forSuccess:
Strong communication and organizational skills Superior writing/editing skills Proficiency inMicrosoft Word & Excel Required:
