This is a full-time, in-office position with significant client interaction and opportunities to make a real impact on people's lives. What You'll Be Doing You will play a key role in supporting our clients and legal team by: Communicating regularly with clients and guiding them through their cases Conducting file reviews and monitoring case progress Following up with insurance carriers regarding payments Coordinating medical treatment and communicating with doctors' offices Tracking medical requests and treatment status Drafting correspondence to attorneys, carriers, and medical providers Filing fee applications and handling adjuster communications Explaining legal concepts to clients in a clear and supportive manner What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just qualified—but motivated, organized, and passionate about client service.
