We are seeking a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who thrives in a high-energy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to clients four our Hempstead Office. This is a full-time, in-office position with significant client interaction and opportunities to make a real impact on people's lives. What You'll Be Doing You will play a key role in supporting our clients and legal team by: Communicating regularly with clients and guiding them through their cases Conducting file reviews and monitoring case progress Following up with insurance carriers regarding payments Coordinating medical treatment and communicating with doctors' offices Tracking medical requests and treatment status Drafting correspondence to attorneys, carriers, and medical providers Filing fee applications and handling adjuster communications Explaining legal concepts to clients in a clear and supportive manner What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just qualified—but motivated, organized, and passionate about client service. No prior experience is needed however we welcome paralegals with prior workers' compensation experience Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining quality service Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A team player who works well with assistants and support staff Why Join Us?
