Overview Join our dynamic legal team as a Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant / Paralegal, where you'll play a vital role in supporting workers' compensation cases and ensuring smooth case management. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys, manage legal documentation, and contribute to successful client outcomes. We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong foundation in administrative support to help us deliver exceptional service in workers' compensation law and related legal areas. Medium sized law friendly law office looking for a Legal Assistant in our Workers Compensation Department for either Brooklyn or Mineola, Long Island Office. Russian or Georgian speaking preferred. Will answer telephone calls from clients, doctor's offices and Worker's Compensation Board. Prior Workers Compensation or working with medical records experience a plus but not required. Pay based on Experience. Will train the right candidate. This is a long-term growth opportunity with room for advancement. Hours are 9am-5pm M-F at either Brooklyn, Court Street or Mineola, Long Island Office. Medical Benefits & PTO offered.
