The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of extensive experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception through trial. The candidate must be knowledgeable in drafting Summons and Complaints, Bills of Particulars, discovery responses, and other litigation-related legal documents. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal correspondence with precision and clarity. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, handling phone inquiries professionally, and coordinating meetings, depositions, and hearings. Manage case files efficiently through organized filing, data entry, and document management. Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm is required. Fluency in Spanish is required. Strong knowledge of legal case management software, including NEOS, Claude AI, Artificial Intelligence tools, Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms. Excellent legal drafting, proofreading, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Experience handling discovery, litigation support, and client communications in a fast-paced law office environment. Strong understanding of clerical and administrative functions related to personal injury litigation.
