Responsibilities include:
Managing residential and commercial real estate files from contract to closing Reviewing contracts, title reports, surveys, and related documents Preparing closing packages and transaction documents Coordinating with attorneys, lenders, title companies, clients, real estate agents, and municipalities Ordering and reviewing title, tax, and municipal searches Scheduling and coordinating closings Preparing settlement statements and closing disclosures Maintaining transaction calendars and critical deadlines Ensuring accurate and complete file management throughout the closing process Why Join Us?
