You will be supporting the practice by preparing legal documents and correspondence, as well as organizing and maintaining files. You will also be asked to prepared documents for filing with the courts and assisting with other tasks as required. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Word . You will need to be able to multitask effectively and essentially thrive in a busy environment. You must present a pleasant demeanor to clients and have patience with elderly clients.
Responsibilities:
 Preparing affidavits, letters of instruction, stock bond powers, waiver & consents, receipt & waivers, checks' accountings, legal correspondence and other documents for attorneys.  Organizing estate files and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system.  Meeting with attorneys and other staff to discuss estate details.  Filing documents with the court and banks.  Preparing contracts, deeds and other legal documents.  Answer phones and work with elderly clients
Experience & Skills Requirements:
 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant  Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional attention to detail  Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.  Proficient in
