What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a paralegal (immigration law strongly preferred; general practice considered) Ability to manage cases independently from start to finish Experience in overseeing workflow, assigning tasks, and supporting legal assistants Strong drafting and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple matters Bilingual is a plus, but not required
