We traditionally hire new employees to start as a legal receptionist, and over time they develop skills to advance to more traditional paralegal work (e.g., in the past three years, we have had six legal receptionists progress into paralegal roles). From the beginning, however, the employee should expect help with all parts of the Social Security claim process. We do not require any particular experience or education. Applicants should have a positive and professional attitude; work hard; pay attention to details; have sympathy for the downtrodden; and have functional computer skills, including typing. This is a full-time position. For full-time employees, we offer 18 paid time off (PTO) days per year, reimburse for valet parking, and have a 401k plan with matching contributions and profit-sharing distributions.
