229948 Job Description The Litigation Paralegal supports the Legal Department in all aspects of managing the defense of auto and general liability claims, as well as commercial litigation matters. This role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, third-party administrators, and both in-house and outside counsel to ensure efficient handling of litigation processes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining organization, driving efficiency, and supporting successful legal outcomes through effective coordination, attention to detail, and adherence to legal and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage intake, organization, and ongoing administration of litigation matters and related documentation. Coordinate research, information gathering, and documentation to support legal processes. Oversee legal hold activities and ensure proper tracking and maintenance of case materials. Maintain litigation tracking tools, calendars, and systems to support case progression. Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders. Support legal processes through document review, subpoena responses, and reporting. Utilize systems and tools to ensure accurate organization, indexing, and accessibility of case files. Skills/Qualifications Required High school diploma/GED Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment Organized and self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple priorities High level of proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Adobe Acrobat, Litigation Support Applications, Electronic Docketing Applications, PACER, Electronic Filing, and other internet research tools Preferred Bachelor's Degree Minimum two years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant Project management experience BenefitsCintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
