Job Summary:
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides full clerical support to the Notice/Lien Department ensuring the documents are processed accordingly. Requirements Competencies Professional demeanor Detail-oriented Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills. Supportive, team player Deadline driven Education, experience, certifications Associate's degree 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office environment or any combination of education and experience Physical and mental demands Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and email Manual dexterity Near visual acuity Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor Prolonged standing and walking throughout the building Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse Ability to lift up to 10lbs regularly Salary Description $22/hour
