We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Legal Receptionist to join our office team. Position Summary This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a professional environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule appointments and manage office calendars Maintain client communications and messages Open and organize client files Scan, copy, file, and maintain records Process incoming and outgoing mail Deliver and file documents with local courts as needed (mileage reimbursement is available) Assist attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks Assist with preparation and drafting of routine documents and correspondence under attorney direction Maintain reception and common office areas Perform other clerical duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma required Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Comfortable using basic office technology, including Microsoft Word, email, and online calendar systems (Google Calendar experience is a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local business errands (mileage reimbursement provided) Law office experience is a plus but not required Benefits Paid time off No evenings or weekends 401(k) and 401(k) match Disability insurance Legal skills training Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and development Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm In-person Please submit a resume and any relevant work experience to apply.
