In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient case management. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain a professional environment where legal processes are handled seamlessly. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth (noting that we have very few walk-in visitors) Answer and direct multi-line phone systems promptly, maintaining excellent phone etiquette Handle calendar management for attorneys, scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings accurately Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards Maintain organized case files both physically and electronically using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries efficiently and courteously Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail handling, and general clerical duties Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a professional environment Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Apple computers, and other applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Exceptional typing speed combined with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Experience in customer service roles demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office management procedures Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us in this engaging role where your organizational talents will make a meaningful impact!
