Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including discovery, document production, and case management Review, organize, and summarize medical records, case files, and other litigation materials Prepare for trials, mediations, hearings, and depositions Manage litigation deadlines, court filings, and scheduling requirements Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files Draft and prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and third parties
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment Medical malpractice experience is a plus but not required Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Associate degree in Paralegal Studies and/or Paralegal Certification preferred
