• Full-time Frohnmayer, Deatherage is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to assist a civil litigation attorney with a high-volume practice.

The position provides an excellent opportunity to engage in substantive legal work and manage a busy trial practice. Responsibilities Manage a busy calendar Track deadlines Provide administrative support to attorney Provide effective communication with clients Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery requests under the supervision of an attorney Manage and process incoming discovery, including electronic discovery Desired Education/Work Experience/Skills AA or BA preferred, but not required 2 years of work experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a law firm , required Strong attention to detail Familiarity with legal procedures and court system Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Sense of humor a must!
