Your New Role:
Are you a strong multi-tasker looking to gain HR experience? Join this best-in-class firm as their HR Assistant/Legal Records Coordinator. With great mentorship and excellent resources, this is a wonderful opportunity to begin your HR career at one of Portland's finest law firms. As the right hand of the firm's HR Manager, you'll take on a variety of HR and administrative tasks. This will include running conflicts checks, tracking PTO requests, coordinating coverage, maintaining benefits information, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and managing calendars. Additionally, you'll assist with records management, handle light accounting tasks, and provide backup coverage for the admin staff. Depending on your experience and interest, you may have the chance to dig deeper into HR matters. The team will appreciate your attention to detail, proactive workstyle, and willingness to jump in and help. This is an in-office position.
