Legal Assistant - Civil Litigation 📍 Camp Hill, Pennsylvania | Full-Time A respected mid-sized law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support its busy Civil Litigation practice in the Camp Hill/Harrisburg area. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and paralegals across litigation, family law, and general practice matters in a collaborative and professional environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals Manage electronic and physical client files Coordinate calendars, meetings, deadlines, and court filings Prepare correspondence, engagement letters, and legal documents through transcription and drafting support Handle state and federal court filings, including electronic filings Communicate with courts, prothonotaries, clients, and opposing counsel Enter attorney time and assist with expense reporting Support general office operations, including mail processing and reception coverage as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar legal support role Experience with civil litigation procedures and court filing systems Familiarity with PACER, state filing systems, and county/prothonotary websites Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment with strong attention to detail Preferred Experience ECF filing experience in federal court Experience with iManage or other document management systems Familiarity with legal software such as Lackner or Pro Series Paralegal certificate and/or active Notary license preferred This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional seeking long-term growth with a well-established and collaborative law firm.
