Record Requests:
Process Right-to-Know, subpoena, and mobile video recording requests and determine approval or denialLegal Research:
Review legislation, regulations, and court decisions to ensure proper application of legal standardsSubpoena Handling:
Log subpoenas, interpret requirements, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure complianceConfidential Review:
Manage sensitive records, apply case law, and prepare files for appeals and legal proceedingsAgency Coordination:
Work with attorneys, departments, and external agencies to resolve questions and gather required documentationAccuracy Verification:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.Telework:

Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $46,827.00 (before taxes). FREE parking! Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Legal Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) ; or Four years of responsible clerical, investigative or enforcement work including one year of legal clerical support experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.Additional Requirement:
