- Employment-Based Immigration Goldblum Pollins & Dennis Jenkintown, PA Job Details Full-time $48,000 - $52,000 a year 6 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Life insurance Qualifications Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree Productivity software Full Job Description Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: drafting immigration-related forms and supporting materials for submission to federal agencies; managing critical deadlines across a high volume of cases; communicating with clients, government agencies/officials, and vendors to collect and assemble information; maintaining electronic and physical case files; and administrative tasks, including billing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with well-developed critical writing and technical proofreading skills; have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under deadlines; have excellent communication skills (both written and oral); and work well as part of a team environment as well as individually. Bachelor's degree required; must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to learn case management software. Experience is preferred. Salary commensurate with experience and current skill set.
