Responsibilities:
Administrative support to legal firms Coordinate daily workflows, daily priorities and the handling off collateral documentation for Clients, Vendors and Attorney's. Data entry, filing and clerical support throughout departments Ensuring information accurately reflections in company's systems and meets clients requirementsRequirements:
1-2 years in a corporate office setting with some administrative duties Strong data entry and computer literacy skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsJob Type:
