In this role, you will provide essential support across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help ensure the smooth operation of legal processes, from document management to client communication. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with legal research using on line tools to support case development. Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, briefs, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Manage case files and document review processes using document management systems like FileVine. Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for various legal matters. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining strict adherence to procedural law requirements. Coordinate filings with courts or regulatory agencies accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with procedural rules. Qualifications Paralegal experience with a background is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; proofreading abilities are essential. Effective client communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of procedural law and experience supporting litigation processes from document review to filing procedures is preferred. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word) along with familiarity with document review systems and legal administrative tools.
