Job Description

Kennedys, a global law firm with offices throughout the US, seeks a full-time Paralegal with cyber law experience to join our Philadelphia office and support multi-state case work. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to join a growing, global law firm. Key Responsibilities Analyze large-scale data mining work products, including complex datasets containing up to hundreds of thousands of records in Excel Prepare and file required notifications with OCR and State Attorneys General offices File responses to requests in regulatory investigations Coordinate mailings, credit monitoring, and datamining vendors Arrange bids for carrier approval Assist with document review and analysis Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items Organize and maintain electronic case files Utilize online resources such as Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, and court websites to perform research and locate documents Required Experience A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Prior experience in Cyber-law required Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills in Excel Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Thorough working knowledge of Federal and multi-state court systems Experience drafting and entering time entries Experience utilizing online legal research services Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred
