401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Vision insurance Paid time off We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal knowledgeable in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey to assist our attorneys in the early stages of case development. This role involves managing client communications, gathering evidence and preparing case files to ensure a smooth transition into litigation if necessary.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client intake interviews and maintain regular communication. Gather, organize and analyze medical records, police reports and other evidence. Maintain case management systems and track deadlines. Coordinate with insurance adjusters and medical providers. Assist attorneys in preparing cases for settlement negotiations. Draft correspondence.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with plaintiff's personal injury. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
